Piyodoko

Privacy Policy (Piyodoko)

Effective date: October 7, 2026 / Last updated: October 29, 2026

"Piyodoko" (the "App") is a logic puzzle game in which you place chicks on a color-divided board. This policy explains what information the App handles and why.

1. Accounts

The App does not ask for your email address, phone number or real name. To provide online features (rankings, friends, daily puzzle records), a random anonymous user ID is issued automatically on first launch (Supabase anonymous authentication). This ID is not linked to your name, email or other personal details.

If you use “Transfer data”, a random transfer code and a password you choose are attached to this ID (the password is stored encrypted; the developer cannot read it). No email address is registered.

2. Information stored on your device

This data is stored in the App's local storage and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

3. Information sent to and stored on our server (online features)

To provide rankings and friend features, the following is sent to and stored in a Supabase database operated by the developer:

Information visible to other players

Please do not use your real name or contact details as your username.

Prohibited conduct and reports

Inappropriate usernames (offensive or obscene words, personal information, etc.), harassing other players and cheating are prohibited. You can report them with "Report" in the App (the reported user is not told who reported them). The developer reviews reports and may rename or hide a username or restrict the use of online features. A username reported by several users may be automatically replaced with another name until it has been reviewed. Report records are used only for handling reports and are deleted within one year after the report has been handled. Deleting your account also deletes reports you made and reports about you.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC, to show optional rewarded video ads that you can choose to watch to receive hints or challenge points. No ads are shown without your choice.

AdMob may collect the advertising ID (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA), IP address, device and OS information, and ad view/interaction data to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. For users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, consent is obtained through Google's consent management tool before ads are served. You can change ad personalization in your device settings or via "広告の設定(プライバシー)" (Ad privacy settings) in the App.

See Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).

5. Camera

The camera is used only to scan a friend's QR code. Scanning happens on your device; images are neither stored nor sent.

6. Purposes of use

7. Sharing with third parties

Except for advertising as described in Section 4 and where required by law, we do not share or sell your information to third parties.

8. Storage location and retention

Our server (Supabase) is hosted in the Tokyo region. Online feature data is kept until you request deletion. Abuse-prevention records are deleted after a limited period.

9. Deleting your information

10. Children

The App is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated due to changes in law or new features. Important changes will be announced in the App or on this page.
